1. What does clavideo.com do?
We create online videos for your business. We give your video a personalized web page and then blast your video all over the internet for maximum exposure.
2. What do you do with the videos you create?
We create a personalized presentation page for your video on clavideo.com. That page is linked to your Craigslist listing and your video is also uploaded to YouTube, Myspace Videos, MetaCafe, and more!
3. How long will my video be?
Every video will be between 1-3 minutes.
4. Do you come to me to shoot the video?
We will come to your business's location.
5. What areas does clavideo.com provide service?
We serve the Spokane County/ Coeur d'Alene areas.
6. How do I make an appointment?
Simply contact us and we'll send a clavideo representative to you.
7. What will be on my clavideo video presentation webpage?
Each webpage will have your business's video, important information about your business that you tell us, your logo, and your contact information.
8. What contact information do you put for me?
We will include your business name, phone number, location, email, and website. Optionally we can also include your FaceBook, Twitter, and MySpace accounts.
9. How do I know when my video is online?
As soon as your video presentation page has been created you will be notified by email. The email will contain your clavideo.com presentation page link and your links to the other video sites where your video has been uploaded.
10. How long does it take to post my video online?
From the video shoot to when we post your clavideo.com presentation page is about a week. We will first get your approval of the video and then distribute the video to all the video share sites.
11. How long will my clavideo.com presentation page be up?
Your video will be available to you for 1 year. Clavideo.com is not responsible for deleting your video from any website other than clavideo.com or the video share sites that clavideo directly uploads to.
12. Do I need an email address?
Yes. We need your email address so we can send you confirmations for your presentation page. But you don't have to have it included in your contact info. Just remember to check the "hide" checkbox next to your email address if you wish to hide it from customers on your listing.

When filling in your information for your Clavideo.com sale page please remember that we do not allow profanity of any kind. We will not video any content that is illegal, pornographic, or obscene.
Clavideo.com has the right to remove any listing, sale page, and or video from our site if necessary because of legal issues or if any of our terms and conditions has not been met.
Clavideo.com reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Clavideo.com Website at any time.
2. Clavideo.com Website
A. The Clavideo.com Website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Clavideo.com. Clavideo.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Clavideo.com will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site.
